Michelle Ugalde is an Associate of the firm whose practice centers on trademark prosecution and trademark clearance and availability searches, counseling clients on the registrability and adoption of new marks and guiding applications through examination to registration. She also prepares and prosecutes design patent applications, and handles utility patent prosecution across a range of mechanical and chemical technologies.
