Staff Positions Available

Accounting Assistant

Perform duties associated with the general support of the Accounting Department, attorneys, Specialists and Firm including billing and bill review/approval; billing help desk assistance, answering client inquiries; periodic client reporting; work product filing, both physical and digital; cross training for assistance in other areas of the department such as A/P, collections, cash receipts applications, PTO transactions and other duties as assigned.

  • Must have demonstrable skills with 10-key, Excel, proof reading and attention to details. Candidate must also be flexible for periodic overtime for special projects and periodic deadlines.

Some experience with law firm billing and/or A/P GL coding and data entry preferred.


IP Specialist

Seeking full-time IP Specialist. Offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits. Duties include, but are not limited to: reviewing and e-filing prosecution documents with the USPTO, preparing client correspondence, and managing an independent workload. Must have a minimum of 2 years current patent prosecution secretarial experience.

IT Support Specialist

Seeking full time IT Support Specialist, Hours for this position are 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities include answering Help Desk calls and emails and creating/assigning tickets, inventory control, presentation/WebEx setup, installation of software and hardware, interfacing with vendors regarding inquiries, orders, and returns, and other general IT related duties. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Law firm experience helpful. Occasional evening and weekend work. Minimal travel required. Ability to lift 50 lbs.


New Applications Specialist

Seeking a full time New Applications Specialist. Duties include, but not limited to, preparation of legal filings, preparation of client correspondence, and docket maintenance. Hours are 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
