John O’Meara is Of Counsel to the firm, and previously was a Member and served on the firm’s Executive Committee. He joined the firm in 1996, having previously worked for over ten years doing general commercial litigation. John began his legal career working as a law clerk to a United States District Court Judge in the District of Connecticut.

John focuses his practice on litigation, licensing, opinion matters and general client counseling. John has worked on many litigation matters across a broad range of technologies for multi-national client companies as well as small and individual clients. He has litigated matters in numerous federal district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
