Attorneys

We are committed to the training and professional development of all our new attorneys, regardless of experience level. We value an attorney’s initiative and ability to adopt our goal of producing the highest quality work and to learn our unique systems and procedures.

Our new attorneys are each assigned a mentor and given projects that correspond to their experience. As attorneys become proficient in one area, they will grow into other areas with the supervision of their mentor.

With more experience, our attorneys can become mentors when they demonstrate a strong understanding of patent law and procedure and meet the high quality expectations of our clients. Our more senior attorneys have opportunities to work directly with our clients and help manage client portfolios.

Patent Attorney

Seeking Patent Attorney with a background in the Chemical field.

Applicants should have at least 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience in a law firm. Patent drafting experience is required. Positions involve all aspects of patent prosecution, with opportunities for increasing levels of responsibility and movement into other areas of our IP practice.
