She has extensive experience prosecuting patent applications in the fields of artificial intelligence, autonomous driving, 5G networks, blockchain, communications, medical devices, semiconductors, healthcare informatics, and financial business methods.

Vivian also has experience in conducting due diligence investigations, patentability and validity assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and IP litigation support. With a multidisciplinary background in electrical, mechanical, and biomedical engineering, she is skilled in patent searching across diverse fields.

Previously, as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Vivian reviewed applications in healthcare informatics: combining medical data, AI, and communications technologies to enhance diagnostics and medical operations.
