Bo-Young (Ashley) Yeum is an associate in the firm's electrical engineering group. Her practice currently focuses on prosecution of U.S. patent applications and client counseling for companies ranging from startups to large multi-national corporations. She has extensive experience in the fields of AI software, computer networks, cyber security, firewalls, automotive, motors, optical systems, medical devices, semiconductors, circuits, and virtual and augmented reality technologies.

Ashley also has experience in various aspects of intellectual property due diligence, opinions and litigation, including conducting due diligence, patent landscape analyses, providing litigation support for U.S. district court cases and matters before the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and drafting validity and infringement opinions.
