Oliff PLC is pleased and honored to be working with the USPTO on its efforts to improve the electronic filing patent application process. The USPTO is working on eMod (eCommerce Modernization project), to improve the process by modernizing its eCommerce systems (EFS-Web and Private PAIR). The purpose of this effort is to improve the user experience, enable more efficient system integration, and expand system usefulness. Attorneys and staff members of OLIFF PLC are working with the USPTO to review the system user interface, and provide feedback as the new system is being developed. We look forward to continuing to provide our feedback and assistance to the eMod user interface design team at the USPTO.
